Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mulling machine for mixing sand with a binder and a molding device for manufacturing molds or cores using the same. The present invention comprises: a plurality of hoppers through which raw materials are supplied in order to manufacture a mold or a core; a mulling machine for mixing the raw materials supplied through the hoppers and discharging mulled sand; a blower head and a blowing plate for filling a die with the mulled sand discharged from the mulling machine; and a hot-wind head for curing the mold or the core manufactured by the die. The mulling machine is installed in a direction parallel with the ground. Agitation of mulled sand and supply of the mulled sand are performed simultaneously by using a plurality of blades provided in an inner space and a mulling shaft for rotating the same. According to the present invention as described above, dust generation can be prevented during raw material supply; exposure to outer air is reduced during the mulling process; and, since mixing and transfer of raw materials proceed continuously, mulled sand of a high quality can be discharged continuously, thereby improving the productivity of molds or cores.
