Abstract:
A multi-angle colorimeter is provided with: a photodetector unit (40) having a principal light-receiving window (41W) positioned at a prescribed location on a principal geometric surface, and first and second secondary light-receiving windows (42W, 43W) positioned on a secondary geometric surface; a principal photoelectric conversion element (V1) for causing the light reflected from a measurement point that is principal component light (V0) received through the principal light-receiving window (41W) to be converted into a principal electric signal (SG0); and first and second secondary photoelectric conversion elements (42T, 43T) for causing reflected light that is first and second secondary component light (V1, V2) received through the first and second secondary light-receiving windows (42W, 43W), respectively, into first and second secondary electric signals (SG1, SG2). A computing unit (72) obtains color information for the measurement point by correcting the principal signal (SG0) on the basis of the first and second secondary signals (SG1, SG2). As a result, it is possible to reduce the orientation error caused by a relative slant in the measurement surface, while maintaining reliability and durability of the interior structure, without requiring labor and time.
