Abstract:
A multi-axis sensor (10) comprises a first area (1) that is positioned in a central portion and has a flat plate shape, a second area (2) that integrally forms an elastic body with the first area (1) and is positioned further toward the outer periphery than at least a part of the first area (1), a multi-axis force detection means for detecting force in multiple axial directions on the basis of the relative amounts of displacement of the first area (1) and second area (2), a first stopper means that the first area (1) and second area (2) touch and functions as a stopper for force in a first direction, and a second stopper means that functions as a stopper for force in a second direction different from the force in the first direction.
