Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a multi-band power amplification circuit and a radio frequency transceiver, which are used to increase VBW on the premise of ensuring linear correction and reducing circuit loss. The multi-band power amplification circuit comprises a first power transistor, a second power transistor, a first matching circuit, a second matching circuit, a third matching circuit, and a combiner. The first power transistor is coupled to a first input terminal of the combiner by means of the first matching circuit. The second power transistor is coupled to a second input terminal of the combiner by means of the second matching circuit. A first terminal of the third matching circuit is coupled to an output terminal of the first power transistor. A second terminal of the third matching circuit is coupled to an output terminal of the second power transistor. The third matching circuit is used to directly connect the output terminal of the first power transistor and the output terminal of the second power transistor.
