Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-busbar series connection device for multiple instances of wiring, and a series connection method for a battery string. The multi-busbar series connection device for multiple instances of wiring comprises a series connection workbench and a busbar wiring mechanism, wherein the busbar wiring mechanism is used for wiring busbars in a first direction. The device further comprises a movable wiring preparation table, an auxiliary line wiring mechanism and an auxiliary line connection mechanism, wherein under the driving of a driving mechanism, the movable wiring preparation table can move in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. By means of the series connection method for a battery string, series connection is performed using the multi-busbar series connection device for multiple instances of wiring. The present invention has a simple structure and a simple and convenient operation; an existing device is modified, a movable wiring preparation table is added, and a moving direction of the movable wiring preparation table is perpendicular to a wiring direction of busbars; the series connection device capable of manufacturing multiple busbars is upgraded by means of the movement of the movable wiring preparation table and multi-wiring technology; and the present invention has good compatibility, thereby reducing the production cost, and expanding the range of use.
