Abstract:
A multi-car cableless elevator system, the elevator system being provided with a bearing part, a running part, a drive part, and at least one switching part (6), the elevator system having no traction structure; the bearing part is provided with a plurality of cars (1), the running part is provided with at least two running tracks (3), the cars (1) being driven by the drive part to move or down on the running tracks (3), each running track (3) being a single track, the switching part (6) being provided with a switching track, and the cars (1) switching to different running tracks (3) by means of the switching track; when a car (1) switches to a different running track (3), the switching track links to a running track (3), and when the car (1) runs without switching running track (3), the switching track is not connected to the running tracks (3). The present multi-car cableless elevator system solves the problem of one conventional car only being able to run on one track, and achieves the simultaneous loading and running of multiple cars, greatly increasing the running efficiency of the elevator.
