Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of multi-cellular glass preparation, and particularly relates to a multi-cellular glass as well as a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. On the basis of the total mass of raw materials, the multi-cellular glass comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-80% of glass powder; 5-50% of a fiber component; 10-70% of a pore-forming agent; and 0-50% of an additive phase. In the present application, the glass powder is used as a main component, and the fiber component is added as a framework, so that pore structure collapse caused by glass softening and flowing is prevented, and the pore structure of the multi-cellular glass is ensured to a great extent. The prepared multi-cellular glass has characteristics of relatively high porosity (50-80%), proper pore diameter (10-200μm), and smooth and continuous internal surfaces, so that adsorption of low-viscosity components in an atomization medium by a multi-cellular matrix can be reduced, sufficient atomization of components of the atomization medium is ensured, and when being used as a matrix of a heating body in an electronic atomizer, the multi-cellular glass improves the taste and the aroma recovery degree of the electronic atomizer.
