Abstract:
Disclosed are a multi-chain polyolefin and styrene-containing composite modified special asphalt for rejuvenation, and a preparation method therefor. The percentages by mass of the components are as follows: 71%-95% of matrix asphalt, 1%-7% of a styrene-containing modifier, 1%-7% of a multi-chain polyolefin modifier, 1%-5% of rubber oil, 2%-10% of a naphthenic oil rejuvenator and 0.01%-0.2% of a stabilizer. The method comprises: heating a matrix asphalt to a flow state; adding a styrene-containing modifier and a multi-chain polyolefin modifier to the matrix asphalt; performing high-speed shearing by means of a colloid mill; sequentially adding rubber oil and a stabilizer to the matrix asphalt; after uniform stirring, adding an aromatic hydrocarbon oil rejuvenator to obtain a product. The present method uses the styrene-containing modifier for modifying the matrix asphalt, so that the material has viscosity, toughness and elasticity. By using the multi-chain polyolefin modifier, the material has higher dynamic viscosity and high temperature stability, and excellent low kinematic viscosity characteristics. By using the naphthenic oil rejuvenator, the asphalt component is subjected to a certain degree of blended rejuvenation, thereby recovering the viscosity of the asphalt.
