A multi-channel attendance management system, which includes: a multi-channel data acquisition module (10), which has at least three data reader channels with different types and an extend channel, and each channel is used for reading card data or input data that matches the type of the channel; a data processing and control module (30), which connects with the access control device (20), classifies and identifies the read data, and controls the access control device to take corresponding action according to the identification result; an employee module (80), which can be set in the work computer of the employee by means of software or can be a separate device, and can provide a channel that the employee can alter or select his personal information record and query his personal attendance data by himself; a management module (50); a database (40); an input and delete module (60); an output module (70); and an access control device. The system can be compatible with the read of the data of the variety of commonly used personal documents or cards, and can make the employee to alter or select his personal attendance mode and query his personal attendance data by himself.
