Abstract:
A multi-channel current sampling apparatus and method for solenoid valve are provided. The apparatus consists of a single chip A/D process module (1), a CAN communication module (2), a computer communication module (3), an amplifying circuit module (4), a sample resistor module (5), and an external circuit module (6), in which the sample resistor is selected from precision resistor and connected in series with the solenoid valve circuit to be measured, and the two ends thereof are connected separately to the first order operational amplifier. The first order operational amplifier extracts small voltage drop from the two ends of the sample resistor, and the voltage drop is transmitted to the second order operational amplifier after adjusting the amplification factor by the adjustment resistor, and the amplified signal is filtered by the filter resistor and the filter capacitor, and the result is transmitted to the single chip A/D process module, and then the processed signal is transmitted to a superior machine via the CAN communication module.
