A write control unit (13) controls a file system (14) to write a plurality of stream fragments from a plurality of channels temporarily stored in a plurality of buffers (12) into an HDD (10) in recording units on the HDD (10). A top-level file system (15) controls the plurality of stream fragments sequentially recorded in the HDD (10) as a single file.
