Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of reducing the influence of stray light incident on each of a plurality of light reception elements when the light reception elements are used to receive light of various wavelengths. A multi-channel spectrophotometer according to the present invention is provided with: a multi-channel detector (17) that introduces light from a sample into a spectral element (16), carries out wavelength dispersion on the light using the spectral element (16), and detects, at once, the resulting wavelength dispersion light, said multi-channel detector being provided with a plurality of light reception elements (PD) disposed one-dimensionally along the wavelength dispersion direction of the spectral element (16); a light amount calculation unit (221) for calculating wavelength dispersion light amounts from the detection signals of the plurality of light reception elements (PD); a spectrum creation unit (222) for creating a spectrum indicating the relationship between wavelengths and light amounts from the light amounts calculated by the light amount calculation unit (221); and a calculation unit (224) for correcting the spectrum by, for each light reception element (PD), estimating the amount of stray light incident on the light reception element from the spectrum and subtracting that amount from the light amount for the wavelength dispersion light incident on the light reception element.
