Provided is a multi-color LED lighting system, comprising a plurality of LED units (11); each LED unit (11) is composed of a plurality of LED chips (111), and each LED unit (11) at least comprises three kinds of LED chips (111) having different colors of emitted light, same at least comprising 2 white LED chips (111); the multi-color LED lighting system also comprises a collimation module (12), a light homogenization system (2), a condenser lens (3), and a threaded lens (6); the collimation module (12) comprises a plurality of collimating lens units (102); each collimating lens unit (102) corresponds one-to-one to each LED unit (11); each beam of light emitted by the LED chips (111) of each LED unit (11) is collimated by way of the collimating lens unit (102) and condensed into a mixed light beam; each LED unit (11) corresponds to a mixed light beam, and each mixed light beam passes in sequence through the light homogenization system (2), the condenser lens (3), and the threaded lens (6). The invention can effectively improve the mixing homogeneity of multi-color LED spotlights, while also being compatible with mixed light sources of more colors, effectively ensuring the luminous flux outputted by the light source.
