A multi-connected air conditioning system noise control method, comprising the following steps: S100, when an operating mode of a multi-connected air conditioning system is a heating mode, obtaining an operating time of the heating mode; S200, when the operating time of the heating mode is greater than a time threshold value, adjusting opening degrees of expansion valves corresponding to a preset number of indoor units among indoor units in a standby state to a first target opening degree, and simultaneously controlling expansion valves corresponding to the remainder of the indoor units to open intermittently. The expansion valves corresponding to the preset number of indoor units maintain the first target opening degree so as to receive a refrigerant, and the remainder of the indoor units open intermittently so as to reduce or eliminate noise, thereby improving a noise control effect.
