Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of semi-automatic wire stripping apparatuses. Disclosed are a multi-core wire stripping apparatus and a wire stripping method. The multi-core wire stripping apparatus comprises a support, an outer sheath stripping assembly, and core sheath stripping assembly. The outer sheath stripping assembly is fixedly connected to the support. The outer sheath stripping assembly strips the outer sheath of a multi-core wire. The core sheath stripping assembly comprises an inner core wire arranging assembly and an inner core sheath stripping assembly fixedly mounted within the outer sheath stripping assembly. After the outer sheath stripping assembly strips the outer sheath of the multi-core wire, the inner core wire arranging assembly abuts against inner core wires of the multi-core wire, and arranges the inner core wires of the multi-core wire in inline fashion; and the inner core sheath stripping assembly abuts against the inner core wires of the multi-core wire. According to the present invention, after the outer sheath stripping assembly strips the outer sheath of the multi-core wire, the inner core wire arranging assembly can arrange inner core wires in inline fashion and then tightly presses same, and then the inner core sheath stripping assembly strips core sheathes. The entire sheath stripping process does not require manual participation, thus solving the problem in the prior art of low working efficiency.
