Abstract:
A multi-cylinder combined high-pressure oil pump of a marine low-speed machine, comprising: a pump body assembly (1), which comprises: a pump body (101) and a bearing bush (102), the pump body (101) being provided with a first horizontal middle hole and a plurality of first vertical middle holes, the first horizontal middle hole being in communication with the first vertical middle holes; a pump cover (2), which is mounted on an upper side of the pump body (101), the pump cover (2) having a second horizontal middle hole (201) and a plurality of second vertical middle holes which are in communication with the second horizontal middle hole; a plunger and barrel assembly (4), a plunger spring (6), a lower spring seat (7) and a guiding piston assembly (8) are mounted in each vertical middle hole formed by the first vertical middle hole and the second vertical middle hole; the plunger and barrel assembly (4) is screwed into the second vertical middle hole, and an oil inlet/outlet valve assembly (9) is mounted in the plunger and barrel assembly (4); a camshaft (10) is mounted in the first horizontal middle hole of the pump body (101); a cooling circulation oil path is provided in an electric control proportional valve; and a mixed oil path is provided in the pump cover (2). By means of electronic control, oil path layering and optimization of the sealing structure, the oil supply regulation sensitivity and heavy oil reliability of the high-pressure oil pump are improved, and moreover, the application range of heavy oil of a low-speed machine is expanded, and the usage environment of heavy oil of 750 Cst is satisfied.
