Abstract:
A multi-degree-of-freedom magnetic field modulation-type magnetic screw actuator and an integrated design method therefor. The multi-degree-of-freedom magnetic field modulation-type magnetic screw actuator comprises a spiral magnetic stator (3), a rotor spiral iron ring (2), a spiral magnetic rotor (1), and a rotating electric machine (4), wherein the four are coaxially placed. According to the characteristics of the spiral structure, the number of magnetic pole pairs between the spiral magnetic rotor (1), the rotor spiral iron ring (2), and the spiral magnetic stator (3) not only comply with a modulation mechanism in the linear direction, but also comply with the modulation mechanism in the circumferential direction. Under the premise of ensuring reliability and being economical, the problems of single degree of freedom of operation, single magnetic field modulation, short movement strokes, and low utilization rate of permanent magnets of existing magnetic screw linear actuators are solved, and the force and energy density of the multi-degree-of-freedom actuator are significantly increased.
