Abstract:
A method (500) for substance identification of an object to be tested using a multi-energy spectrum x-ray imaging system, comprising: obtaining a transparency correlation vector composed of transparency values of an object to be tested in N energy regions, N being greater than 2 (S510); calculating the distance between the transparency correlation vector and a transparency correlation vector composed of N transparency mean values of a plurality of objects stored in a system in N energy regions under a condition of a plurality of thicknesses (S520); and identifying the object to be tested as an object corresponding to a smallest distance (S530).
