Abstract:
A multi-field auxiliary abrasive flushing and polishing method and device. The device comprises an abrasive pool, a heating device, an ultrasonic device, a peristaltic pump and a clamping table. The clamping table is mounted at the bottom of the abrasive pool, a workpiece is fixed above the clamping table, a circuitous through inner runner is provided in the workpiece, an outlet of the inner runner is in communication with a pump-in hose, a cutter handle vibration end of the ultrasonic device directly faces an inlet in the top of the inner runner, and the heating device is arranged at the top of one side of the abrasive pool. During use, firstly, a magnetic pole is mounted on a longitudinal rod of a working platform, and the inner runner of the workpiece is in communication with the pump-in hose. Secondly, a polishing solution and abrasive particles are put into the abrasive pool, a heating end of the heating device and a vibration end of the ultrasonic device are immersed in the polishing solution, and the heating device and the ultrasonic device are started. Finally, a magnetic field device is electrified and magnetized, the peristaltic pump is started, and the inner runner is polished. The present invention has a simple structure, is convenient to use and has high efficiency, and can solve the problems of a poor surface quality and a low polishing efficiency of a complex slender inner runner in a mechanical part containing the inner runner.
