Abstract:
Provided are a multi-fluorescent synchronous microscopic imaging method and device; a plurality of different-colored monochrome fluorescent excitation light sources (101) is simultaneously illuminated, according to experimental requirements, in the plurality of monochrome fluorescent excitation light sources (101); a default test region of a sample panel to be tested is synchronously excited by means of different-colored monochrome fluorescent excitation light sources (101), and after collection of fluorescence and magnification of the default test region, performing multi-band filter processing on the fluorescence so as to remove stray light and ultimately obtain a fluorescent image of the default test region. Synchronous microscopic imaging of a multi-fluorescent channel is achieved, and the impact of fluorescent quenching caused by stepwise testing is prevented. All monochrome fluorescent excitation light sources (101) shine inclinedly into the default test region of the sample panel to be tested, greatly reducing the monochrome fluorescent excitation light entering into the objective lens. The solution does not require a dichroic lens, such that the device has a simpler structure and low cost, and prevents optical loss.
