Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cutting board capable of easily receiving and moving scraps of food ingredients or processed food ingredients, and preventing moisture generated during processing of food ingredients from flowing out to the outside, so as to hygienically maintain the periphery thereof. The cutting board comprises: a flat board part for processing food ingredients; an edge protrusion extending from the edge of the flat board part to prevent moisture generated from the food ingredients from flowing out to the outside and to prevent the processed food ingredients from falling to the outside; a recessed groove part extending between the flat board part and the edge protrusion to enable moisture generated from the food ingredients to flow thereinto and gathering the food ingredients fallen toward the outside of the flat board part; and a storage container which is detachably arranged on at least one side of the recessed groove part and is configured to be alignable with one end of the flat board part so as to easily receive the food ingredients processed on the flat board part.
