Abstract:
This invention provides a reducer to selectively carry out speed shift of double ratio, namely high ratio and low ratio. Though the existing ring gears at the one side were at a fixed status, this invention can selectively and separately drive and control ring gears on the both sides as well as drive them together so that gear shifting with various ratio become enable via the additional configuration of multi-stage gear shifting function. If setting up tooth numbers between ring gears alternately, gear shifting of various ratio can be selectively applied without using power to control equipped with all the rotation. This invention has basically a wire pulley function and drum pulley function but optional application of other functions is easy which includes a pulley to accommodate a tackle pulley and all types of rope by providing an easy assembling and disassembling of the above wire pulley.

Claims:
what is claimed is:
1. In the existing reducer, two sun gears (2) are configured in an assembly on the lowspeed input axis (1) inserted into the axis hole which is configured in an assembly with a bolt fixing. They are engaged with one or more planetarv gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) made within each ring gears outside of the housing (6) and the above sun gear (2). Tooth numbers of planetary gear (9,10,11) at the input side are more than those of planetary gear (13,14,15) at the output side. Tooth numbers of either ring gear of ring gears at the I/O side, which one side is fixed. On the input axis (1) configured with above one side, highspeed input axis (20) and lowspeed input axis (1) were equipped so that power input will be enable at the both sides. Output axis (30) for pulley and output axis (40) for drum, which ring gears (7, 8) engaged with the outside tooth type of planetary gear (9, 10,11,12,13,14,15), are equipped so that gear ratio of a low ratio can be output. Multistaged reducer with above characteristics.
2. In the paragraph 1, If driving the highspeed input axis after jointing one side of the highspeed input axis (20) one side of the highspeed input axis (20) with the housing (6) equipped with each planetary gear (9,10,11,12,13,14,15), teeth of rotates at a highspeed and speed reduction of a low ratio is carried out so that the output axis can rotate at a highspeed. Multistaged reducer with above characteristics.
3. Anchorage grooves (41) are formed at a constant interval at the outer surface of a side of output axis (30) for pulley and output axis (40) for drum in which above ring gears (7,8), control lever (60) is configured at the one side which the anchorage grooves (41) situate. Manipulating simultaneous or individual hanging/engaging of each output axis (30,40) can control each driving. Multistaged reducer with above characteristics.
4. In the paragraph 1, Multistaged planetary gear (71) and ring gear (72) are additionally arranged between above output axes (30,40) and transmission gear box (70) is equipped on the top to allow a selective multistaged speed shift. Multistaged reducer in which gear ratio can continue to increase according to the tooth numbers of planetary gear (71) and ring gear (72) increasingly installed.
5. In the paragraph 1, Spline (32) is formed at a constant interval on the above output axis (30) for pulley so that pulley is inserted to simultaneously drive them. Multifunction pulley lift in which multistage reducer features that the wire winch part (101) is formed on the output axis (40) for drum.
Description:
A multi-function pulley lift which the multi-stage reducer Technical Field This invention is related to the multi-function pulley lift equipped with multi-stage reducers. More particularly, it can optionally output gear ratio with no restriction of the gear ratio as well as high or low speed, have multi-functions such as pulley lift and drum lift using it, selectively apply pulley with a different configuration such as tackle-pulley as well as properly respond the thickness of the selected wire by allowing to assemble or disassemble pulley.

Background Art Traditional reducers have been already sold in a variety of manner but since most of reducers ordinally consisted of the gear ratio with combination of spur gears, worm gears and internal typed gears, etc and thus the volume of gear boxes became large and loss of power was great, they were not suitable for using them at all sorts of power system to require reducers with a compact volume. Since a number of gears should be compositively used on the multiple-stage, there has existed restrictions in the increase of the reduction gear ratio.

We have already registered a compact type of reducer with patent No.

123419 which can solve all the problems and increase gear ratio to a high ratio and largely improve noise reduction and durability. But for the reducer, tooth number of gear at a side among both ring gears at the input and output side can be added or reduced. With regard to planetary gear engaged with the above added or reduced ring gears, one of three gears at the I/O side has a tooth type on the straight line and two of them have a tooth type crossed between planetary gears. In other words, they can carry out speed reduction of a high ratio through a crossed gear engagement not an accurate gear engagement. For this speed reduction method, it was impossible to select a low gear ratio and only a high ratio may be selected.

Therefore, the speed reduction method had a problem such as incapability of obtaining a proper gear ratio required depending on objects for a reducer to apply and the absence of function as a brake since blocking between gears was not done. Consequently, the necessity of more improving and developing the reducer was seriously required. Therefore, we have later disclosed a reducer with the disclosure No. 99-46818. The reducer could securely carry out function as a brake where tooth numbers between I/O ring gears were different and those between I/O planetary gears were also different and thus parallel was not done between gear teeth. In addition, it could selectively use reducers of a high or low ratio if applying tooth numbers by ring gear or planetary gear. However, the reducer should have to prepare a reducer output at a different ratio when using a different ratio since a high a low ratio was already set up in the manufacturing process. It could use only a constant gear ratio already selected among the high ratio or low ratio in respect of configuration when applying the above reducer for the pulley lift. Therefore, its use width was extremely restricted. Ring gear at the one side was also formed as a fixed gear and a manual idle of pulley was not possible and thus even for pulling or loosing of an empty wire the input axis should be driven with outside power in every case.

In other words, an empty wire should be firstly moved to heavy materials for lifting and in this case it would be desirable to pull the wire manually and hang it on the heavy materials and then drive the pulley using power in every case. Thus, there was a considerably annoying problem.

And a pulley lift has been also disclosed after applying for a patent with the disclosure No. 97-74632. But it was divided for a wire or a chain and thus could carry out only a single function but was not applied for the pulley with a different structure such as wire pulley, tackle pulley and chain pullev or wires with a different thickness of all sorts of heavy materials for lifting. No effective counter-plan existed in a sudden power failure or at a place difficult to supply or in the failure of power source itself.

Disclosure of Invention This invention was developed considering all problems that all sorts of existing reducers and pulley lift have as described above. More particularly, the first technical subject of this invention provides a reducer to selectively carry out speed reduction of a different double gear ratio, namely a high ratio and law ratio. Secondly, this invention can selectively and separately drive and control ring gears on the both sides as well as drive them together so that gear shifting with various ratio become enable via the additional configuration of multi-stage gear shifting function. Thirdly, if setting up tooth numbers between ring gears alternately, gear shifting of various ratio can be selectively applied without using power to control equipped with all the rotation. Fourthly, this invention has basically a wire pulley function and drum pulley function but optional application of other functions is easy which includes a pulley to accommodate a tackle pulley and all types of rope by providing a easy assembling and disassembling of the above wire pulley. Fifthly, this invention is completed as a technical subject centering around that it can be temporarily used at the place without power or in a power failure or in failure of power source since it can be manually driven with outside power.

As described above, the reducer (A) provided by this invention can obtain various gear ratio with a reducer, provide reducers (A) to indefinitely apply the gear ratio output by multi-staged transmission of gears, from time to rime replace pulley with a different function as well as a basic wire pulley (31) function and drum pulley function and thus provide pulley lift used as multi-function of a device comparing with a single function of a device.

Therefore, the reducer is a very epoch-making invention which will have u significant far-reaching effect on the whole of industry as well as on the related industry.

Figure 1 is a sectional configuration drawing to show a desirable performance example of reducers and pulley lifts presented by this invention.

Figure 2 is a sectional drawing to show A-A'line for explaining configuration of gears and gear engaging status of this invention, Figure 3 is a brief explosion drawing for explaining configuration of gears and gear engaging status of this invention, Figure 4 is a side sectional drawing to show a desirable performance example of this invention. Explanations of detailed configuration and function for the pulley lift at which multi-stage speed reduction system of this invention is equipped are as follows: Reducer (A) of multi-function pulley lift equipped with the reducer (A) of this invention is a planetary year type of reducer to set up the gear ratio by differently configuring tooth type respectively between ring gear (7, 8) and planetary gear (9,10,11,12,13,14,15).

As described above, two input axes (1,20) and two output axes (30. 40) are configured to both directions and the input axes (1,20) are divided into a high-speed input axis (20) and a low-speed input axis (1), while the output axes (30,40) are divided into an output axis (30) into which a pulley (31) is inserted and an output axis (40) with the winching part (101) for a wire (100).

On the low input axis (1) at the one side, sun gear (2) is formed and one side of the sun gear (2) is inserted into the center axis hole (4) of the output axis for pulley (30) with ring gears (7, 8). It is simultaneously inserted into the center bearing (6a) of the housing (6) for installing the axis of planetary gear (9,10,11,12,13,14,15) and into the other side, namely the center bearing (20a) at the one side behind the high-speed input axis (20), which is assembled to allow a free rotation.

The above high-speed input axis (20) is inserted into the axis hole (40a) and the bearing (40b) of the drum output axis (40). On the one side, a bearing (20a), where the end of the low-speed input axis (1) is fixed, is built. With the bearing bolt-assembled with a housing (6) of the same diameter as the above housing (6), the fixed pin (17) into which each planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) is inserted in equally divided into 180°, 120°, 90°, etc if necessary, selectively situated at 2,3 or 4 places.

For the above planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15), the tooth type with different tooth numbers is separated configured so that the tooth types at both sides are not parallel each other from the lateral direction and a constant difference occurs. With several planetary gears (9,10,11,13,14,15) selected to have a different tooth type installed at the housing (6), for example, at 180° for 2E. A.

120° for 3EA and 90° for 4EA, gears (7) for pulley and gears (8) for drum which the engaged with each tooth type in the form wrapping the entire outside surface are configured respectively.

The tooth type part engaged with the gears for pulley (7) of planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) configured with a different part from the above tooth numbers is for convenience called planetary gear (9,10,11) for pulley and the tooth type engaged with gears (8) for drum is called gear (13. 14, 15) for drum.

The teeth numbers of above gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) for pulley or drum will be explained hereafter but if tooth numbers of planetary gear (9,10,11) for pulley are more than those of planetary gear (13,14,15) for drum, gear ratio will be selected at a high ratio and tooth numbers of planetary gear (9, 10,11) for pulley are less than those of planetary gear (13,14,15) for drum, gear ratio will be selected at a low ratio.

The above ring gear (7,8) is configured as an assembly with the drum pulley output axis (40) or the pulley output axis (30). On the above drum pulley axis (40), a fixed winch part (101) is obtained so that wires (100) are winched in a roll form and on its side end part the cover flange (102) is configured for removal prevention and safety.

And on the above pulley output axis (30), the spline (32) is formed and engaged with the pulley (30) so that all sorts of pulley (31) are inserted and simultaneously driven.

Some surfaces outside of the output axis (30) for pulley and the output axis (40) for drum, at which the above ring gear (7,8) is built, are built at the body (50). On the top, the frame (51) using bolt-fixed with the above body is fixed with metal on the end part of the output axis (40) for drum to maintain balance on the one side, and the other and the safety cover (33) configured at the other side, namely the output axis (30) for pulley is fixed to maintain balance so that a stable balance can be wholly maintained. And on the above frame (51) one or more bolt grooves (52) are formed to fix on the other fixing materials.

Especially, at a bottom of the above body (50) the control lever (60) is configured to selectively control drive of ring gears (7,8) respectively. On the some part of the whole circumsphere with regard to the outside surface of the output side, anchorage grooves (41,34) such as gear grooves, square grooves or circular grooves are formed at a constant interval at their corresponding places so that hanging/loosing at the one side or hanging/loosing at the both sides can be selectively controlled if necessary.

To explain the above control lever (60) briefly, it uses tension by a spring (61) and if user turns it 90 to one side catching and pressing its handle through the locking groove (54) and jaw hanging groove (62) on its body (50), it is hanged and stops drive and if turning it once again to the other side the lever (60) is lifted up by tension of the spring (61) and loosed. All sorts of structural change other than these structures may be carried out but it will be sufficient to properly control each output axis (30,40) if necessary.

Figure. 20a, 40a of which symbols are not explained are bearings and 35 is a guide roller for preventing removal and 55 is a hook.

Function and effect of this invention which can be configured as above will be further explained hereafter.

If the low-speed input axis (1) rotates with a drive means such as motor. one or more planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) are engaged outside of sun gear (2) formed at the above low-speed input axis (1) and the above sun gear (2) and rotate. Since above planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) are engaged with ring gear (7,8) outside, one or more planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) rotate inside of ring gear (7,8) entirely.

In this case if suspending drive of the output axis (30) for pulley using the above control lever (60), the output axis (40) for drum drives at the gear ratio of a constant ratio and if suspending the output axis (40) for drum reversely, the output axis (30) for pulley drives.

The gear ratio as above is output at a high ratio to the output axis (30) for pulley of which tooth numbers of ring gear (7,8) are less and the gear ratio is output at the gear ratio of a low ratio to the output axis (40) for drum of which tooth numbers of ring gear (7,8) are somewhat large.

In increasing the tooth numbers of the gears (7) for pulley and reducing those of the gear (8) for drum, gear ratio of high or low ratio will be reversely output and rotation direction of the output axis also will rotate reversely.

In the case, since the scope of selecting high ratio, low ratio as well us rotation direction in use of this invention can be largely expanded and even il using power with no function of both proper or reverse rotation the only changed set up of the size of tooth numbers between above ring gears will loc sufficient, this invention will give a considerable benefit.

And driving the high-speed input axis (20) will drive the whole of inside housing (6). Therefore, the ratio reduced by directly driving planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) on the input axis (20) will be reduced larger than driving sun gear (2) at the low-speed input axis (1), driving planetary gear (9, 10, 11, 13,14,15) and then driving ring gear (7,8) and thus the high-speed rotation can be larger done than the low-speed input axis (1).

In addition, the output direction reduced is determined by the control lever (60) and a constant high or low gear ratio and adjustment of rotation direction will be realized with a proper application of the tooth number size of ring gears (7,8) as described above.

Reduction methods of this invention which have above function can be separately adjusted at a high or low ratio as well as carry out high-speed or low-speed rotation. In addition, it additionally arranging the multi-staged planetary gear (71) and ring gear between output axes and then installing the transmission gear box (70) to prepare a speed shift type, the selection range of gear ratio will indefinitely increase. By epoch-making overcoming the set-up limit of gear ratio with a reducer, this invention will have a great far-reaching effect on the whole of industrial sector.

And the above wire pulley (31) may be replace only with dismantling of cover flange (33) on the side and thus can easily select and replace pulley with a different function such as tackle pulley or pulley accommodated for all sorts of rope. Since pulley must be replaced when selecting wires with a different thickness, lift with a wide use can be provided. In addition, if all the control levers (60) are set up as loose state, manual drive is provided with optionally manufactured handles inserted into the high-speed input axis (20) as well as free spool is provided. Therefore, it can be optionally used at a sudden power failure or at a place at which electrical supply is impossible or at the failure of power source. In other words, the high-speed input axis (20) is implemented to allow a manual operation since there needs no large power because planetary gear (9,10,11,13,14,15) drive the fired-housing (6) itself.
