Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-function selector valve that can be used in a liquid chromatography device, more specifically a multi-function selector valve having a multi-port that can be connected on a portion thereof to both ends of a sample isolation column, and comprises: a fluid passage mode for the introduced fluid to be discharged without passing the sample isolation column; a column passage mode for the introduced fluid to be discharged through the sample isolation column; and a fluid occlusion mode for preventing fluid from entering inside, and using the multi-function selector valve of the present invention enables implementation of online peptizing function, 1-dimension isolation function, and 2-dimension isolation function as necessary on a reversed-phase liquid chromatography device by changing the fluid movement passage thereof.
