A multi-functional electronic descaler having an adjustable pulse duty ratio, comprising a central control container (1), a connection cable (7) and a descaling mechanism. The central control container is electrically connected to the descaling mechanism via the connection cable (7), and the descaling mechanism comprises a housing (10), a connection mechanism disposed on top of the housing (10), an observation hole (11) disposed on the housing (10) and an electrode (8) disposed inside the housing (10). The multi-functional electronic descaler having an adjustable pulse duty ratio controls the electrode (8) via the central control container (1) to emit a frequency corresponding to a magnetic field, such that water molecules in the housing (10) resonate, thus increasing activity of the water and enabling descaling. A pulse controlled integrated circuit (U1) featuring reliable performance, low cost and simple peripheral circuits is employed to increase the stability of the equipment and lower production costs; in addition, descaling performance of the equipment is further ensured by adjusting the magnetic field frequency emitted by the electrode (8) via an adjustable resistance (Rp1) and observing the inside of pipes via the observation hole (11).
