Abstract:
A multi-functional end effector, comprising: a base (54) and a cutter (39); a feeding slide board (52) disposed on the base (54), and a feed drive means for driving the feeding slide board (52) to feed the cutter (39); a swing slide board (55) disposed on the feeding slide board (52), and a swing drive means for pushing the swing slide board (55) to bring the cutter (39) into an arc swing; a mounting base (12) disposed on the swing slide board (55), wherein the mounting base (12) is provided therein with a revolving shaft (20) and a shaft driving means for driving the revolving shaft (20) to bring the cutter (39) into rotation; an eccentric slide board (27) fixed on an end of the revolving shaft (20), wherein the cutter (39) is connected to an end of the eccentric slide (27) by means of an electric spindle (37); and an eccentricity adjusting means for adjusting the eccentric slide board (27) to control a radial offset of the cutter (39). The feeding of the cutter is driven by the feed drive means, and the swing drive means is combined to feed the cutter along a cycloid trajectory. The eccentricity adjusting means achieves a radial offset of the cutter, and the shaft driving means feeds the cutter along a helical trajectory. The present invention thus achieves functions of hole drilling, hole reaming, hole enlarging and hole spiral-milling, as well as elliptical recess counter-sinking.
