A multi-functional grille assembly jig, comprising a rack (1) and a bright strip positioning block. An upper end surface of the rack is provided with a working platform; a first support frame (2) is erected on the working platform; a positioning rod set is provided on the first support frame; the first support frame is provided with a first profiling positioning block (6); a plurality of positioning cavities are provided in the first profiling positioning block; a second positioning block (4) is disposed respectively at the two sides of an upper end of the positioning rod set; the upper end surface of each of the second positioning blocks is erected with a first positioning block (7), of which the front end surface is curved; the first positioning block and the two second positioning blocks form a positioning cavity. A grille is placed on the first profiling positioning block; after a bright strip is installed, the grille is taken out from the first profiling positioning block and then placed into the positioning cavity; and three screws required to be assembled are sequentially driven into designated positions. According to the present application, two or more processes can be completed on the jig, thereby reducing the number of turns of the grille, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor cost.
