Abstract:
A multi-functional industrial robot manipulator, comprising a lower assembly plate (20), a fixing block (1), a first rotation motor (5), a second rotation motor (6) and a V-shaped block (14); the fixing block (1) is welded on the top of the lower assembly plate (20), a limiting recess (2) is provided at the top of the fixing block (1) and an inserting block (3) is sleeved in the limiting recess (2), the top of the inserting block (3) is connected with a mounting plate (4), the first rotation motor (5) is mounted at one end of the top of the mounting plate (4) by means of a mounting base, a water cooling row (7) is mounted at the other end of the top of the mounting plate (4) by means of a preformed groove, a power output end of the first rotation motor (5) is connected with a manipulator rotating arm (11), a rotating groove (12) is welded at one side of the end of the manipulator rotating arm (11). The manipulator can distinguish the situation of clamping a heavy object or clamping a lighter object and perform switching so as to be used. The manipulator is relatively easy to disassemble, the stability of the manipulator during switching is good, and the heat dissipation effect of the rotation motors is good.
