Abstract:
A multi-functional photoelectric composite cable for an access network comprises a cable core and a sheath wrapping the outside of the cable core. The cable core comprises a optical unit (7) and a plurality of power units (1); an auxiliary reinforcement layer is arranged on the inner side of the sheath; the optical unit (7) comprises a plurality of fiber cores wrapped by an inner sheath; and the power unit (1) comprises an insulating layer (12) and a plurality of conductors (11) wrapped by the insulating layer. The photoelectric composite cable can guarantee the signal transmission of optical fiber cables, and solve the problem of difficulty in far-end power supply; the application of the photoelectric composite cable to the access network has the advantages that the occupied space is small, the construction is convenient, and secondary wiring is avoided.
