Abstract:
A multi-functional signal and power industrial connector, provided with a plug assembly (1) and socket assembly (2). A first conductive assembly (14) and a second conductive assembly (25) which correspond to each other are provided in the plug assembly and the socket assembly, respectively; the first conductive assembly and the second conductive assembly are electrically connected by means of butt joint of the socket assembly and the plug assembly; the plug assembly comprises a tail body (11); a silica gel waterproof ring (17) is sleeved on the lower end of the first conductive assembly, and the first conductive assembly is clamped in the tail body by means of a clamp spring; a screw nut (13) is sleeved on the lower end of the tail body, and a tail waterproof ring (12) is provided at the joint of the screw nut and the tail body in a sleeved mode; the socket assembly comprises a fixing seat (18); the lower end of the second conductive assembly is also provided with the silica gel waterproof ring in a sleeved mode, and the second conductive assembly is clamped in the fixing seat by means of the clamp spring; the fixing seat is inserted into the upper end of the tail body. By using a fully-sealed device, the multi-functional signal and power industrial connector can be used for outdoor and indoor guard interval, and transferring of power supply and network transmission; moreover, by using a detachable structure, the connector can be integrated into power source, multi-core signal, USB, and RJ45 functional connectors.
