Abstract:
A multi-functional stirring device and a working method thereof. Said device comprises a power source, a drive assembly and a material cylinder assembly; the power source is connected to the drive assembly, the material cylinder assembly comprises a stirring tool (50) and a material cylinder body (10), the stirring tool (50) is connected to the drive assembly by means of a detachable structure, an upper end of the material cylinder body (10) is connected to the drive assembly, and a material chamber for placing materials therein is provided in the material cylinder body (10). When operations of different stirring functions need to be performed, different stirring tools (50) and the material cylinder body (10) are selected, the drive assembly drives the stirring tools (50) to rotate, so that the material cylinder body (10) and the stirring tools (50) move relative to each other, and the stirring tools (50) are connected to the drive assembly by using the detachable structure, so that various matching stirring tools (50) can be freely assembled and disassembled, thereby implementing operations of different functions during food processing.
