Abstract:
A multi-gear full-automatic gearbox for port machinery, comprising a housing and a transmission assembly. A first cavity and a second cavity are formed in the housing; the transmission assembly comprises a first portion assembly and a second portion assembly, the first portion assembly is mounted in the first cavity, and the second portion assembly is mounted in the second cavity; the first portion assembly comprises an input shaft (S1) and intermediate shafts (S2, S3, S4-1, S5-1); the second portion assembly comprises intermediate shafts (S4-2, S5-2) and an output shaft (S6); a gear transmission network is provided from the input shaft to the output shaft through these intermediate shafts; the gearbox at least has a first working mode and a second working mode; the first working mode is set to have four forward gears and four backward gears; the second working mode is set to have eight forward gears and four backward gears. According to the gearbox, by means of the design of the first cavity and the second cavity, the position of the output shaft is raised, and the distance between the input shaft and the output shaft is shortened; the gearbox can be adapted to port machinery having a low chassis and a limited mounting space, at most eight forward gears and four backward gears can be achieved, and the speed ratio can be flexibly adjusted.
