The present utility model relates to the technical field of headband-type earphones and disclosed is a multi-gear structure of a headband-type earphone support arm. A second elastic cushion and a first elastic cushion are installed in two first assembling grooves at an upper part of a headband outer cover. An audio transmission line penetrates a second through hole, a limiting groove and an inner part of a rotating shaft. One end of a steel shaft penetrates a first through hole and a first assembling groove, and at the same time, the rotating shaft tightly fits with the second elastic cushion and the first elastic cushion. The steel shaft penetrates a headband inner cover to press outer sides of the rotating shaft on two sides, and is fixed on the headband outer cover by means of an end cover of the rotating shaft, so that the second elastic cushion and the first elastic cushion on the left and right sides deform and produce damping and gear feels, and rotate at different opening and closing angles to achieve the opening and closing of the rotating shaft. In a limited space, a two-gear folding feel and a rotational damping feel during folding are achieved, thus achieving a two-gear folding function and increasing damping to improve the user experience.
