Abstract:

Provided are a multi-gene methylation co-detection kit for colorectal cancer based on fluorescent quantitative PCR technology and clinical use thereof. By means of the co-detection of the methylation levels in TRGV9, TRDJ3, TRDC, FAM174B, and ZMIZ2 genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, the development of colorectal cancer can be effectively determined.
