Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-grip assembly, comprising: a supporting bar, formed in the shape of a rod having a predetermined length, comprising an engagement ring detachably engaged with an exercise equipment at an upper portion thereof, and having a pair of positioning rails inserted through the inside thereof centered around the middle along the longitude; a pair of grips movably engaged with the pair of positioning rails and held by both hands of a user, wherein each grip comprises: a grip body, in the shape of a closed figure, held by a hand of a user; and a support bar engagement ring engaged with an upper portion of the grip body and fitted into the positioning rail to move along the positioning rail by an external force, and wherein the pair of positioning rails comprise a plurality of grip fixing grooves recessed at regular intervals toward the lower inner direction along the longitude for fixing the position of the support bar engagement ring.
