Abstract:

Disclosed is a multi-head five-axis plane swinging type engraving machine, comprising a base (1), upright columns (2), a planar workbench (3) and a cutter mechanism. The cutter mechanism comprises a cutter frame (4), a cutter main shaft (5), a cutter driving mechanism, a cutter frame driving mechanism, a left side plate (8), a right side plate (9), a cutter frame beam (10) and a middle beam (11). The middle beam (11) is fixed to the columns (2) on both sides thereof. A set of or multiple sets of cutter main shafts (5) and cutter driving mechanisms may be provided in the cutter frame (4). The number of the cutter main shafts (5) and the number of the cutter driving mechanisms are the same, and the two correspond to each other. Each cutter driving mechanism drives the cutter main shaft (5) corresponding thereto, and the cutter frame (4) is mounted to the middle beam (11) by means of the left side plate (8) and the right side plate (9). By means of front-back and right-left swing of the cutter mechanism, the problem that the existing plane engraving machine is not capable of engraving a side surface can be solved. Multiple sets of cutter main shafts (5) can be provided in the cutter frame (4), so that multiple workpieces can be engraved simultaneously, thereby improving the work efficiency.
