Abstract:
A multi-head sewing machine, wherein fixing members (10a, 10b, 11a-11d) for fixing a web (N) are formed of a plurality of groups so that the fixing and releasing of the web can be performed for each group. By this, only the fixing of the web at portions not properly stretched can be released, and the fixing of the web at the other portions can be maintained in a fixed state. Accordingly, a worker can fix the web by the fixing members at the released portions in the stretched state by pulling the web at the released portions until the web is properly stretched in a web frame. As a result, the worker can easily fix the web in the properly stretched state by merely pulling only the web at the released portions.
