Abstract:
A multi-laser beam shaping system and method for flow detection. The system comprises: a beam combining apparatus (100) for carrying out beam combination on multiple paths of laser; and a binary optical device (200), wherein the binary optical device (200) has a surface relief structure for shaping multi-color laser or monocolor laser subjected to beam combination and homogenizing same to form a rectangular flat-topped spot, and controlling the size and spatial position of the rectangular flat-topped spot so as to detect a single-cell flow along the center line of a flow channel. A rectangular spot generated by the system has an accurate size, a determined relative position, a clear boundary and a uniform top, thus facilitating improving the stability, resolution, signal-to-noise ratio and detection throughput of flow detection. The binary optical device (200) also can achieve the effect of adding in a focusing lens and simultaneously completes the functions of shaping, homogenizing, positioning and focusing multi-color laser or monocolor laser. In addition, an optical system is greatly simplified and the volume of the system is reduced.
