Abstract:

Disclosed by the present invention are a multi-layer composite rubber and plastic foam thermal insulation material and a preparation method therefor. The composite rubber and plastic foam thermal insulation material comprises a two-layer structure, wherein the two-layer structure includes a thermal insulation layer and a first functional layer, and both the thermal insulation layer and the first functional layer are made from a rubber and plastic foam material; the first functional layer and the thermal insulation layer are integrally formed by blended extrusion and vulcanization foaming, and the first functional layer and the thermal insulation layer are of an integral structure. According to the multi-layer composite rubber and plastic foam thermal insulation material provided by the present invention, with the adoption of a vulcanization foaming integrated forming process, the heat insulation performance of the thermal insulation layer is ensured, and the functional layer is endowed, by selecting different functional polymers, with corresponding functions, so as to meet various individualized needs in engineering applications.
