A multi-layer conveying system, comprising a trolley (40), two lifting devices (30) and a multi-layer working assembly (10), wherein the multi-layer working assembly comprises a plurality of working stations (100); and each working station comprises a first guide rail assembly (110), a first driving assembly (120), a lateral positioning assembly (150), a vertical direction positioning assembly (140), and a conveying direction positioning assembly (160). In the multi-layer conveying system, the trolley is lifted and conveyed by means of the lifting devices; the first driving assembly drives the trolley to move in a horizontal direction; workpieces are conveyed by means of the trolley; the trolley is roughly guided by means of the first guide rail assembly; by means of the lateral positioning assembly, the vertical direction positioning assembly and the conveying direction positioning assembly, the trolley is accurately positioned at a predetermined position in which positioning is required; and two sides of the trolley, the height position of the trolley in a vertical direction, and the position of the trolley in a conveying direction are respectively positioned, such that the trolley accurately stops at the predetermined position.
