Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-layer glass and a building integrated photovoltaic module including the same, which comprises: an external glass; an internal glass; a central glass; a spacer bar configured to triply connect the external glass, the internal glass, and the central glass in a hermetic fashion, wherein the spacer bar has a connection path which, when the pressure of any one layer of an air layer between the external glass and central glass and an air layer between the internal glass and central glass is higher than that of the other air layer, enables air in an air layer having a relative higher pressure to flow into an air layer having a relatively lower pressure; and a photovoltaic cell provided on an outer surface of the external glass of the multi-layer glass. Accordingly, when the pressure of any one air layer is higher, air in the air layer having the higher pressure flows into the other layer having a relatively lower pressure to maintain equal pressures, thereby preventing any one-side glass or photovoltaic cell from being damaged.
