Abstract:
A multi-layer PCB single-excitation multi-reception eddy current testing sensor, system and method, relating to the technical field of nondestructive testing. The sensor comprises a single excitation coil and a plurality of receiving coils, and the plurality of receiving coils are symmetrical relative to the excitation coil; the excitation coil is a single-layer PCB square coil, and an external excitation signal input interface input1 and an output interface output1 are provided on the excitation coil; each receiving coil is of a multi-layer PCB structure, the receiving coil is a PCB differential square coil composed of two triangular coils, and different layers of the receiving coil are connected by means of via holes; and each receiving coil is independently connected to signal input/output interfaces and independently outputs a detection signal. According to the system, a plurality of detection signals are combined into a detection signal by means of an analog adder, and the signals are restored according to an improved auto-encoding method, and the ability to distinguish defects is improved by synthesizing the response time of the plurality of signals to the defects and changes in defect forms.
