Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-layered protective cable transport device, comprising a frame body (1), wherein a cover plate (16) is fixed to the top of the frame body (1) via a bolt (17), an electric motor (4) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the frame body (1), and one end of the electric motor (4) is connected to a transmission gear (6) via a transmission shaft (5); the transmission gear (6) is connected to a rotary shaft (3) located at the central position of the frame body (1) via a chain (11), and the rotary shaft (3) is symmetrically provided with rollers (2); the surface of the roller (2) on the side close to the frame body (1) is provided with a first fixing hole (14), and the interior of the frame body (1) directly opposite the first fixing hole (14) is provided with a second fixing hole (8); a bearing plate (18) is arranged at the bottom of the frame body (1), and a lower part of the bearing plate (18) is fixedly welded to a hydraulic telescopic rod (19); and the side of the hydraulic telescopic rod (19) away from the bearing plate (18) is fixedly connected to a vehicle body (20), and a pushing handle (22) is arranged on the left side of the vehicle body (20). By proving the frame body (1), the electric motor (4), the chain (11), the rotary shaft (3), the bearing plate (18), and the hydraulic telescopic rod (19), the multi-layered protective cable transport device solves the problems of troublesome loading, inconvenient loading and unloading, and necessary manual folding and unfolding for cable transportation.
