Abstract:
A multi-lead electrocardiographic method and an electronic device. The method comprises: in response to a user operation, obtaining potential signals from the surfaces of the two upper limbs, the lower limb, and six equivalent positions of the front of the chest of the human body; determining, on the basis of the potential signals, electrocardiogram signals corresponding to twelve leads; and the user operating a first detection electrode (30) and a second detection electrode (40) to make the electrodes be in contact with the two upper limbs of the human body and making a third detection electrode (50) be in contact with the lower limb and the six equivalent positions of the front of the chest of the human body in sequence, wherein the six equivalent positions of the front of the chest are six positions obtained by moving six preset positions of the front of the chest towards the two upper limbs by a preset distance, and the preset distance is the distance between a central point determined when the first detection electrode (30) is in contact with one upper limb of the human body, the second detection electrode (40) is in contact with the other upper limb, and the third detection electrode (50) is in contact with the lower limb, and a central point determined when the first detection electrode (30) is in contact with one upper limb and the second detection electrode (40) is in contact with the other upper limb. Acute myocardial infarction and the like are detected in time by means of the three electrodes.
