Abstract:
A multi-level powder-type insulated high-speed miniature collision switch, comprising a switch main body (1) and an analysis controller (3) connected to the switch main body. The switch main body comprises a sealed cavity (12), a conductive liquid (13), an insulating frame (11) and electrodes (14). The electrodes extend out from the outside of the frame or are in communication with the inside and the outside of the insulating frame, and are mutually insulated conductors. Each electrode contact is in communication with the inside of the cavity, the conductive liquid is arranged within the cavity, and the analysis controller comprises a signal input end (2), a processor (4) and a signal output end (5), the signal input end and the signal output end being connected to the processor. The collision switch is able to differentiate collisions having different strengths, and a thallium-containing amalgam is selected for the conductive liquid so that the collision switch can be applied to relatively wide operating environment temperatures. In other words, the collision switch may be used in the tropical zone, the subtropical zone, the temperate zone, the subpolar zone and the polar zone.
