Abstract:
Disclosed in the present specification is a multi-level security management method comprising the steps in which a management server: receives a security issuance request; selects a first transfer right holder and a second transfer right holder as transfer authorities of securities in consideration of disposition and quantity included in the security issuance request; allocates a first quantity and a second quantity to the first transfer right holder and the second transfer right holder, respectively; receives, from an electronic device of the first transfer right holder, an input for transferring all or a portion of the securities to the accounts of one or more users; changes the holder of the securities in response to the transfer input; and receives a use history of the securities, and calculates the transfer capacity of the first transfer right holder in consideration of the use history.
