Abstract:
A multi-line flywheel-based cushioning mechanism is provided, comprising a flywheel (3), a transmission mechanism (4), a flywheel rotation shaft (5), and a back plate (7). The flywheel (3) is driven by the flywheel rotation shaft (5) to rotate. The back plate (7) is fixed to a flywheel base (1) by means of a horizontal plate (6). A plurality of transmission mechanisms (4) is mounted on the back plate (7) by means of a mounting rail (8). The transmission mechanisms (4) drive corresponding flywheel gears (14) on the flywheel rotation shaft (5) to rotate, thereby driving the flywheel (3) to rotate. The transmission mechanisms (4) drive the flywheel rotation shaft (5) by means of steel wires. Each transmission mechanism (4) can independently drive the flywheel rotation shaft (5) by means of a steel wire, and a transmission mechanism (4) not driving the flywheel rotation shaft (5) is not affected by the rotation of the flywheel rotation shaft (5). In the invention, a cushioning effect is achieved by means of inertia of the flywheel (3), and if a pulling force increases, the rotational speed of the flywheel (3) increases, such that a force to which a transmission steel wire is subjected does not exceed a maximum tensile force of the steel wire, thereby protecting the steel wire, and improving safety and stability.
