Disclosed is a multi-machine freely-moving mould changing cart, comprising a frame, a moving mechanism configured to drive wheels being arranged under the frame, a lifting mechanism configured to lift a conveying roller way being arranged on the frame, and a locating mechanism configured to position the mould changing cart and an injection molding machine being arranged at one side of the frame; and the locating mechanism comprises at least one locating rod and a locating inserted bar, each locating rod being vertically arranged on one side face of the frame, the locating inserted bar being movably and vertically arranged on the other side face of the frame, and the locating rods matching a positioning groove fixed in the ground for use. The present invention has the beneficial effects that wheels can be driven by manpower or a first motor, thereby saving both time and labor; accurate mould changing is realized by arranging a locating mechanism configured to position a mould changing cart and an injection molding machine on the mould changing cart; the whole device is fixed by means of a locating groove, locating rods and a locating inserted bar; and the whole mould changing cart can freely move, thereby meeting the demand of changing moulds of multiple injection molding machines.
