Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-microplate-based optical measuring instrument capable of maintaining cell growth for a long period of time while measurement is in progress. Provided is a multi-microplate-based optical measuring instrument which includes a first plate, a second plate separated from the first plate, a loading dock, the inner portion of which can be sealed by the first plate and the second plate and which can accommodate a microplate, a gas injection port disposed in the first plate and/or the second plate, a heating unit capable of heating the inner portion of the loading dock, and a first transport unit capable of moving the first plate and the second plate in such a manner as to be adjacent to or apart from the loading dock.
