This invention provides a multi-mode propulsion glide submarine, which is capable of operating on or beneath the surface of the water. It utilizes wind force which is abundant at sea and is regenerable energy as driving force, and it is driven by three modes: glide wings, wind and propeller. It comprises submarine body, elevator, vertical tail wing, multi­functional wings, wind-driven electric generator, storage battery, electrically-driven system, manpower driving system, mechano-electronic integrated System, submarine raise-fall system, and life-support system, Communication and Global Position System, and sonar system. When the submarine is being under water, it is driven by means of glide wings or propeller, and when the submarine is being on the water surface, it is driven by sail or propeller at same time it can use wind-driven generator to generate electricity. When the submarine is being in underwater working state, it can be floated upwards and sunk downwards by changing specific weight of said submarine, and said gravitational force and buoyant force can be changed into forward moving power of submarine by means of wing change.
