Abstract:
A multi-object identification and collision warning method and system, used for multi-object identification of FMCW millimeter-wave radar. The method firstly screens a primary object of a current cycle through a software algorithm and determines the consistency between a primary object value and a prediction value of the primary object, then sets, if the primary object value and the prediction value are inconsistent, different lifetime thresholds in combination with the life cycle approach so as to select different screening conditions to acquire an effective object value, further obtains a prediction value of the next cycle by Kalman filtering or through a primary treatment by Kalman filtering, forms iteration till that the primary object value and prediction value are consistent, acquires an optimal estimation value and issues an collision warning. The method can reduce a measurement noise point, excludes false warning objects, and reduces missing reports and unstable data.
